I am a freelance film maker. I direct, produce, am capable on cameras and a strong editor. I offer services involving these particular attributes. I pride myself on my creativity, punctuality and hard work. I have been in many different roles in many different productions and have my finger on the pulse of what is relevant in the media and cinema. I strive to produce the best quality piece of work, every time. I am currently working on a short film called 'An echo in the Dark'.
A LITTLE ABOUT ME
My name is Jonathan Philip Troy. I was born and raised in South London. I moved to Winchester at the age of 19 to study Film and CInema technologies and media production at the University of Winchester. I am currently in my third year and now doing single honours Media production as it is a more hands on approach to the television and film industry. In my time at the University I have learnt to become a media practitioner. I have directed, produced, written, edited, acted and been the D.O.P for several short films and documentaries. These have included the awards winning documentary 'Pinfall' and Seventh Street. During this time I have learn't many valuable attributes to being a film maker, I have learn't the importance of time keeping and planning. I have learn't to assert myself when necessary. My creativity and imagination has always been my strong point and I have learn't to turn this creativity into stunning and successful pieces of film. I love the process of making films in it's entirety and look forward to making many more in the future.
